Job summary

The Ardilaun Hotel in Galway is seeking a friendly Front of House Porter to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the front of house areas and delivering excellent guest service.

You will assist with event setups, greet guests, carry out safety checks, and maintain a welcoming lobby and dining spaces. Experience in hotel guest services and fluent English are preferred; weekend and night availability is required.

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work weekends and nights
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Formerly a country mansion, the 4* Ardilaun Hotel boasts 123 luxury bedrooms with a superb conference center, wedding venue and leisure club facilities. It is independently owned and operated by the Ryan family, having celebrated 64 years in business recently. Nestled in Galway's suburbs, in a secluded setting in leafy Taylor's Hill just 1km from Galway City, Galway Bay, and Salthill, our hotel provides a serene and secluded setting. Requirements
