Job summary

O'Donoghue Ring Collection in Castleisland is seeking a part-time Accommodation Assistant to join the River Island Hotel team. You will clean bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas, replenish supplies, and uphold high cleaning standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Flexibility to work five days out of seven, including mid‑week and weekend shifts, is essential. Previous experience in accommodation or housekeeping in hospitality is preferred, with a warm, courteous manner toward guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas to high standards.

O'Donoghue Ring Collection is home to Hotels, Apartments, Spa, Restaurants & Bars centrally located in the vibrant town centre of Killarney and Castleisland, Co. Kerry. We are seeking a part-time Accommodation Assistant to join our team at the River Island Hotel, Castleisland. This role requires flexibility and the ability to work five out of seven days a week.

What you'll do:

• Clean assigned bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas and ensure stocks of bathroom and bedroom items are replenished to the correct standards.
• Adhering to the hotel's very high standard of cleaning.
• Working in a fast-paced environment.
• Public area duties if and when required.

About you:

• The successful candidate must be able to greet all guests in a warm, friendly, and courteous fashion and maintain a professional manner at all times.
• The ideal candidates will have previous experience working in the Accommodation department in the hospitality industry.
• You will have excellent high standards of cleaning and shall be flexible with regard to working hours.
• Flexibility to work a variety of mid‑week and weekend shifts is essential.
