Responsibilities

• Provide all guests with a friendly, accurate, and efficient check-in and check-out experience while adhering to the Hotel’s policies and procedures.
• Perform room checks, reservation checks, and public area inspections to support staff development and career progression.
• Respond promptly to guest enquiries via email, telephone, and front desk, maintaining high hospitality standards.
• Perform cashiering duties and ensure the cash float and all transactions are accurately accounted. Deepen some responsibilities and complete other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
