Job summary

iNua Partnership, part of The iNUA Collection, seeks a passionate Receptionist to join our team in Ireland. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a memorable stay and facilitating smooth arrivals and departures.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing check-ins/outs, handling inquiries, directing calls, and supporting admin tasks. The role requires experience in hospitality, excellent communication, and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations and delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organisational skills with keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency with PMS like HotSoft and/or Opera.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly smile, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Efficiently check-in and check-out guests, processing payments and adhering to company procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage switchboard operations, directing calls and providing information to guests.
• Maintain a well-organised reception area, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.
• May assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and photocopying.
