Sunblink Ltd-GRN in Dublin is seeking a Freight Sales Executive to drive new business across Ireland. You will manage your own diary and pipeline, developing freight solutions from Road, Air and Ocean freight offerings with support from an experienced operations team.

The role offers a competitive €50,000–€60,000 salary plus uncapped commission, a company car or car allowance, and a pension contribution to reward performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Freight Forwarding Sales or Business Development experience within road, air or ocean freight.
• Proven ability to identify and win new business and develop key accounts.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Freight Sales professional looking for an opportunity where you have the freedom, support and earning potential to genuinely develop a market?

Perhaps you already have a strong background within Road, Air or Ocean Freight and are looking for a business that can give you the infrastructure and autonomy to take your career to the next level.

This is an opportunity to join an established freight and logistics business as they continue to develop their commercial team, offering services across Road, Air and Ocean Freight, Customs Clearance and specialist freight movements.

Rather than starting with a blank database, you'll have access to extensive prospect lists and market intelligence already developed internally, allowing you to take a structured and targeted approach to developing new business across Ireland.

You'll be trusted to manage your own diary and pipeline, supported by an experienced operational team who can help develop competitive freight solutions for your customers.

The Role:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Ireland

The Person:

• Will have previous Freight Forwarding Sales or Business Development experience
• Could come from a strong Freight Forwarding operational background with the ambition and personality to move into sales
• Will have experience within Road, Air and/or Ocean Freight
• Be commercially driven with a proactive, new-business-focused approach
• Be comfortable developing relationships and opening doors with prospective customersBe confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
• Will be organised and structured in how they approach a target market
• Be comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with operational teams
