Job summary

Trading 212 Ltd. is seeking a Head of Fraud to design and lead the Fraud Risk Management Framework for its Irish Payment Institution, building the function from the ground up.

You will own end-to-end fraud operations, from customer escalations to payment investigations and Board reporting, while developing the team and advising across compliance, risk, product and tech to embed effective controls. You will work to establish a robust FRM, drive risk-aware product launches, and collaborate closely

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior operational risk or financial crime experience within Irish regulated financial services
• Experience with retail clients and/or consumers
• In-depth knowledge of European and Irish legislation for PSD and EM directives
• CFE, CFCS certifications are an advantage
• Strong communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Fraud Risk Management Framework
• Manage day-to-day FRN operations including escalations, investigations, and reporting
• Produce dashboards and governance reports for the Board
• Lead the fraud team and foster a culture of risk management excellence
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, product and tech to embed controls
