Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a global partner in Ireland to hire a Product Manager – Anti-Fraud. You will own the end-to-end fraud prevention strategy, from onboarding to ongoing verification, and work across Trust & Safety, Payments, Risk, Data Science, and Engineering to deliver scalable product solutions.

Qualifications

• Product management experience in fraud prevention, risk, or Trust & Safety.
• Strong analytics, able to interpret performance metrics.
• Knowledge of fraud, risk signals, KYC/AML concepts.
• Ability to collaborate with Engineering and Data Science teams.
• Data-driven decision making with precision/recall trade-offs.
• Experience in cloud/SaaS/fintech environments.
• Strategic thinking with prioritization.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Incident management mindset for active threats.
• Ownership mindset in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Own the anti-fraud product roadmap and end-to-end strategy across onboarding, identity, payments, and security.
• Lead fraud detection initiatives including card fraud, registrations, account takeovers, and abuse.
• Manage rules and scoring systems for analysts and data scientists with proper audit trails.
• Improve Trust & Safety with efficient review, case management, and workflows to block or verify accounts.
• Design verification experiences and step-up authentication to minimize false positives.
• Define risk signals, alerts, and detection workflows for early incident detection.
• Lead incident response with cross-functional teams and post-incident reviews.
• Translate risk challenges into PRDs and technical specs for delivery.
• Collaborate with Analytics/Data Science to define detection problems and labels.
• Run experiments, monitor rollout, and assess false positives and impact on UX.
• Ensure regulatory and payment compliance with L2/L3 requirements.
• Track fraud losses, chargebacks, and detection timelines for prioritization.
