Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

In-Store

• Preparing pizzas and other menu items to Four Star Pizza standards
• Serving customers at the counter, by phone and through online ordering platforms
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service
• Following all food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
• Supporting with stock, deliveries and general store organisation
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Working alongside the team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods

On the Road

• Delivering customer orders promptly and safely
• Providing friendly and professional customer service at the door
• Checking orders before leaving the store and handling them carefully during delivery
• Handling cash and card payments where required
• Representing Four Star Pizza professionally while making deliveries
• Ensuring your vehicle is roadworthy and appropriately insured for delivery work

What We're Looking For

• A positive, can-do attitude and strong team spirit
• A full valid driving licence
• Access to your own reliable car, motorbike or scooter
• Appropriate insurance for delivery work
• Good knowledge of Newbridge and the surrounding area
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work well as part of a team and under pressure during busy periods
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak trading periods
• Previous hospitality, takeaway, retail or delivery experience is helpful but not essential - full training will be provided
