Johnson Brothers and Prestige is seeking a customer-focused Fragrance Consultant to represent premium brands at Arnotts in Dublin. • Previous experience within retail sales, beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, luxury retail, or customer service.
• Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Professional presentation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and KPI objectives.
• Support the Account Manager in delivering overall account retail targets.
• Monitor fragrance sales performance and maintain an optimal brand mix in line with business objectives.
• Identify daily sales opportunities to increase brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
• Proactively engage customers and deliver fragrance demonstrations to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Accurately execute promotional and marketing campaigns in line with brand guidelines.
• Track and report personal sales and KPI performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer journey.
• Build strong customer relationships and develop customer loyalty.
• Provide personalised fragrance recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Consistently exceed customer expectations through outstanding service.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring premium representation of all brands at all times.
• Maintain impeccable personal presentation and adhere to all grooming standards.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across fragrance and beauty categories.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently executed.
• Represent company values and brand standards in all customer interactions.
• Remain knowledgeable on competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments.
• Maintain awareness of stock levels and stock management procedures.
• Communicate stock issues promptly to the Account Manager.
