Job summary

Barden | B Corp in Cork is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting in a high-visibility finance role. You will turn numbers into actionable insights, enabling senior leadership to make informed commercial decisions.

You will partner with commercial and operational leaders to drive value, support due diligence and integration on acquisitions, and develop KPIs and dashboards to move reporting toward decision support in a fast-growing PE-backed environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong FP&A experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• ERP exposure, SAP preferred.
• Commercial mindset with ability to translate numbers into recommendations.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration.

Barden are delighted to partner with a fast-growing, private equity-backed global business as they look to hire an FP&A Manager. This is a high-visibility finance role in a deal-active business, where the function is moving from reporting towards decision support.

Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, in a flat structure with access to senior leadership, you will turn the numbers into insight that shapes commercial decisions and finds value that reaches the bottom line. With acquisitions continuing, integrations under way, and AI training being rolled out to the team, there is plenty to get your hands on.
