Barden | B Corp in Cork is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting in a high-visibility finance role. You will turn numbers into actionable insights, enabling senior leadership to make informed commercial decisions.

You will partner with commercial and operational leaders to drive value, support due diligence and integration on acquisitions, and develop KPIs and dashboards to move reporting toward decision support in a fast-growing PE-backed environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong FP&A experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• ERP exposure, SAP preferred.
• Commercial mindset with ability to translate numbers into recommendations.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and the monthly reporting cycle.
• Analyse variances and performance to find value creation.
• Partner with commercial and operational leaders to support key decisions.
• Build financial models and support due diligence and integration on acquisitions.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to move reporting towards decision support.
• Improve the finance toolset with continuous improvement.
• Provide tangible recommendations and value through business analysis.
