Job summary

Camino Search is seeking an Interim FP&A Manager to support the CFO and leadership team, shaping financial strategy and delivering data-driven insights over a 3–6 month period.

The role requires 7+ years in FP&A, strong modelling abilities, and experience enhancing board reporting and KPI frameworks for a fast-moving PE-backed business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in a PE-backed or fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial modelling and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Proven ability to distil insights from large data sets for senior stakeholders.
• Experience improving board reporting and KPI frameworks.
• Commercially astute with proactive problem-solving and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

We are working with a financial services business with private equity investment, embarking on an exciting phase of transformation and growth. As they scale, they are seeking an ambitious and analytically sharpInterim FP&A Manager to support our CFO and leadership team in driving financial insight and strategic decision-making for three to six months.

The Role

This is a high-impact role ideal for a commercially minded finance professional with 7+ years of experience in FP&A, ideally within a PE-backed or fast-paced environment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, enhancing reporting, and driving performance through data-led insights.

Key Responsibilities:
