Job summary

Mater Private Network in Dublin Docklands is seeking a Finance Business Partner (FP&A) to join the FP&A team. The role is full-time and permanent, based in Dublin, with hybrid work after probation requiring three days onsite and two days remote.

You will support the annual budget and long-term plans, deliver financial analysis, and provide commercial insights to inform strategic decisions. The ideal candidate has FP&A experience, strong modelling skills, and the ability to influence across the

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of FP&A analyst/Finance Business Partnering experience.
Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills essential.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to influence others and work across the organisation to deliver budgets and reporting with market insights and commercial analytics.
Ability to distil lots of facts and insights into a story and an effective creator of financial presentations.
Successful experience in driving performance improvement initiatives.
Industry knowledge an advantage but not essential.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Strong project management skills with a record of developing and strengthening systems and processes.
