Job summary

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading Dublin West organisation to recruit an FP&A Analyst. You will report to the Senior FP&A Manager and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and commercial analysis.

You will build financial models, deliver monthly accounts, KPI dashboards and scenario analysis, while strengthening controls and supporting strategic decisions. Proficiency in Excel and BI tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance or treasury.
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, management reporting, variance analysis and KPI dashboards.
• Support rolling forecasts, cash flow forecasting and short-term treasury activities.
• Maintain accurate financial data, balance sheet reconciliations and reporting controls.
• Deliver commercial analysis and insights to support business and investment decisions.
• Improve and automate reporting processes using advanced Excel and BI tools.
• Work with Finance, BI and IT teams to improve data quality and reporting.
• Support audit processes, capital adequacy analysis and stress testing.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
