Job summary

Mater Private Network in Dublin Docklands is seeking a Finance Business Partner (FP&A) to join the FP&A team. The role is full-time and permanent, based in Dublin, with hybrid work after probation requiring three days onsite and two days remote.

Mater Private is seeking to recruit a Finance Business Partner - FP&A.

This is a full time, permanent position based in Dublin Docklands. Once probation is completed, this will be a hybrid role with 3 days onsite.

Purpose of the role

An integral member of the Mater Private Network FP&A team, the Finance Business Partner plays a central role in supporting the annual operating budget and multi-year business plans (Long Term Plan).

Mission of the role

To contribute proactively to executing the Mater Private Network's business strategy across the spectrum of its commercial activities, through provision of superior financial reporting, analysis, and guidance, in support of the Mater Private Network overall goals and objectives.

Experience & Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of successful experience as FP&A analyst/Finance Business Partnering or similar in businesses of sufficient scale and complexity.
• Advanced financial modelling and excel skills essential.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to influence others and work across organisation to deliver financial budgets and reporting with appropriate market insights and commercial analytics.
