Job summary

Co-operative Housing Ireland is seeking an FP&A Officer in Dublin to support financial planning, modelling, and analysis across housing projects. You will work under the Financial Planning Manager, contributing to investment appraisals and long-term planning while using data to aid decision-making.

The role covers budgeting, reporting, and compliance with standards, in a hybrid setting at Warrington Place, Dublin 2.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified or qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or equivalent
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis with long-term forecasts and investment appraisals
• Experience with large datasets, financial modelling and BI tools

Responsibilities

• Produce short, medium, and long-term FP&A forecasts and scenario analysis
• Contribute to written reports under supervision
• Review performance of investments in homes and reporting
• Maintain and enhance financial models and reporting tools
• Support budgeting, cost analysis, and value-for-money assessments
• Ensure adherence to AHBRA financial standards and compliance requirements
• Support with ongoing and new projects as financial planning resource
• Assist in building information flow between finance controllership and FP&A
