Job summary

Réalta Technologies are seeking an experienced Foxboro Tester/Automation Engineer to support a pharmaceutical project based in Cork. The role focuses on testing and verifying Foxboro DCS code against design documentation, identifying issues and ensuring automation functionality meets specifications.

You will have 3-5+ years in automation or DCS testing, strong Foxboro DCS experience, and knowledge of DeltaV or other DCS platforms is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in automation or DCS testing.
• Experience with Foxboro DCS is required or highly desirable.
• Ability to test DCS code against design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Test Foxboro DCS code against designs and specs.
• Review automation code to ensure it matches intended design.
• Perform functional and system testing and document issues.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve testing issues.
• Support updates to automation code in regulated pharma context.
• Document results and maintain traceability.
• Identify gaps between design and implementation.
