Job summary

Heidi is seeking its founding account executive in Ireland to build a dedicated market presence. You will cultivate relationships with healthcare organisations, educate stakeholders, and drive commercial growth with support from the London team.

You will own the revenue number, shape go-to-market strategy, and navigate multi-site clinics, private hospitals, and national health services in Ireland.

Qualifications

• You understand the Irish healthcare landscape, the key organisations and decision makers.
• You can build trust with stakeholders and advance adoption.
• You have experience navigating complex commercial opportunities with multiple stakeholders.
• You can articulate a business case and align clinical and commercial priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build Heidi's presence in Ireland and set market priorities with London support.
• Be the face of Heidi in Ireland and develop relationships with healthcare organisations.
• Lead commercial opportunities from first conversation to close for mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Turn inbound interest and product usage signals into broader adoption across organisations.
• Develop account and relationship strategies with key organisations and influencers.
• Run discovery and demos to connect Heidi to clinicians and leadership needs.
