Job summary

O’Neill & Brennan are recruiting a Foreman (Fit-Out) for a Dublin project on a refurbishment/fit-out site. The candidate should have 5+ years in construction management or foreman roles, with proven refurbishment experience.

The role requires supervision of sub-contractors and on-site team members, close collaboration with Project Managers, and a strong focus on health and safety standards across daily activities.

Qualifications

• Refurbishment/ Fit-out/Retro fit experience essential.
• 5+ Years of Construction Management or Foreman Experience on site.
• Proven track record in refurbishment or fit out projects is essential.

Responsibilities

Overview:

O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for a Foreman on behalf of our client, a contractor with various ongoing projects across Ireland. The successful candidate will join their team on a Fit-Out / Refurbishment project based in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision of sub-contractors and labourers on site.
• Inspect sub-contractor work and sign-off.
• Working closely with company Project Managers.
• Report to contracts manager/management team regularly on progress and information request
• Management and control of day-to-day Health and Safety standards
• Co-ordinate tasks according to priorities and plans

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Qualification (e.g. Carpentry) is desirable.
• Refurbishment/Fit out/Retro fit experience essential.
• 5+ Years of Construction Management or Foreman Experience on site.
• Proven track record in refurbishment or fit out projects is essential.
• Ability to build & maintain effective relationships.
