Job summary

O’Neill & Brennan seeks an experienced Foreman for a residential project in County Cork. The role involves supporting the Site Manager, overseeing finishing works, coordinating trades, and ensuring timely completion while maintaining top-quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate has a construction management qualification, proven experience in residential developments, and strong knowledge of carpentry and building regulations. A safety-conscious approach is required on site.

Qualifications

• Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Construction Management and/ or equivalent trade qualification.
• Experience in residential developments required.
• Excellent knowledge of trades, and in particular, carpentry.
• Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.
