Job summary

DePuy Synthes, part of Johnson & Johnson MedTech, is recruiting a Senior Analyst, Strategic Capacity Management in Cork, Ireland, to lead development of digital capacity models and support LRPP and LRFP with end-to-end supply chain visibility.

You will collaborate across Manufacturing, Planning, Finance and IT, build dashboards in Power BI and OMP, analyze capacity expansion options, and translate insights into executive recommendations supporting growth and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related STEM discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing, operations, analytics, simulation modeling, capacity planning, or strategic planning.
• Experience with capacity planning, analytics, and modeling for supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Strategic Capacity Management models for long-range planning.
• Build end-to-end supply chain models covering manufacturing and distribution networks.
• Perform scenario analysis for capacity expansion, sourcing, and network redesign.
• Support LRPP and LRFP cycles with future capacity assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure model accuracy.
• Translate analytical results into executive-ready recommendations.
