Hawksmoor Dublin is seeking a dedicated Food Runner to join our vibrant, fast-paced restaurant team. You will work closely with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues to ensure dishes are delivered accurately, promptly and to our high standards, contributing to a seamless guest experience.

On your feet throughout shifts, you will learn the menu and uphold Hawksmoor service standards while supporting a welcoming atmosphere.

Formación

• Fast-paced hospitality environment experience preferred.
• Ability to work well with kitchen and floor teams.
• Willingness to learn Hawksmoor service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Run food from the kitchen to the floor accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with chefs and front of house teams during service.
• Ensure dishes are presented correctly and reach guests promptly.
• Support the floor team by resetting tables and assisting service when needed.
• Help maintain clean, organised service areas.
• Learn menu knowledge and Hawksmoor service standards.
