Hawksmoor Dublin is seeking a Back Waiter to support high-quality service in a lively, fast-paced setting. You will work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure dishes arrive accurately and promptly, while maintaining a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Run food from the kitchen to the floor accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with chefs and front-of-house teams during service.
• Ensure dishes are presented correctly and reach guests promptly.
• Support the floor team by resetting tables and assisting service when needed.
• Help maintain clean, organized service areas.
• Learn Hawksmoor service standards and menu knowledge.
