Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking a detail-oriented Food Promotions Administrator to join the Food Promotions Department. The role involves maintaining product and supplier data, reviewing pricing changes, and supporting promotions execution.

You will liaise with suppliers and internal teams across Ireland and Germany, handling communications with professionalism on a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive package with hybrid working up to 2 days remote, plus benefits, training and opportunities

Responsibilities

• Maintain product and supplier data database.
• Review pricing changes daily and submit them for approval.
• Coordinate between departments to resolve operational issues.
• Collaborate with the Food Promotions Planner to execute promotions.
• Liaise with suppliers and buyers nationally and internationally.
• Manage incoming calls and emails professionally.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for internal teams and international counterparts.
• Assist with stock preparation for withdrawal and ad hoc admin tasks.
