Lidl Ireland is seeking a creative Social Media Coordinator to join our Social Media team. You’ll support the delivery of Lidl’s social strategy across channels, creating content, analysing performance and driving trend-led campaigns.

Work closely with the Social Media Manager in a fast-paced environment, with hybrid working up to 2 days remote per week and opportunities for development within a large, values-driven retail group.

Qualificações

• Two years’ experience in a social media, digital marketing or content creation role.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline is desirable.
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to adapt tone across platforms.
• Interest in social media analytics and turning data into insights.
• Excellent organisation to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support Social Media Manager in day-to-day management of Lidl’s social channels.
• Create engaging photo and video content including filming and editing.
• Support planning, scheduling and publishing of content.
• Write engaging copy in Lidl’s tone for campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor trends and contribute fresh content ideas.
• Assist in influencer briefs and campaign delivery.
• Produce regular social reports and derive key insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to meet deadlines.
• Support community management with Customer Services.
• Assist with campaign administration including PO's, invoicing & reporting.
• Support content shoots and other ad hoc projects.
