Lidl Ireland is launching its 18-month Graduate Management Development Programme, focused on Packaging. The role coordinates Lidl’s own-brand packaging from artwork initiation to completion and involves liaising with external service providers and internal teams.
The program offers a tailored training plan, real-world experience across stores and distribution centres, and substantial development opportunities, with a salary of €45,500 pro rata and up to 2 days remote work per week.

Supplier Management - Packaging
We are seeking an organised, creative and motivated Graduate to join our Packaging team. The primary function of this role is to coordinate Lidl’s own brand packaging from artwork initiation until completion. The role will involve liaising with external service providers and internal departments to ensure all requirements are met on packaging.
