About The Role

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play an important role in the day‑to‑day running of our food and beverage operations. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Management team, you will help coordinate service, support and motivate colleagues, maintain high standards and ensure our guests enjoy a welcoming and memorable experience. You will lead by example, remaining hands‑on while helping the team deliver consistent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Support, motivate and guide the team, creating a positive working environment.
• Ensure consistently high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage or hospitality supervisory role, or strong experience in a senior operational position with the ambition to progress.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
