About the Role

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of our food and beverage operations.

Working closely with the Food & Beverage Management team, you will help coordinate service, support and motivate colleagues, maintain high standards and ensure our guests enjoy a welcoming and memorable experience.

You will lead by example, remaining hands-on while helping the team deliver consistent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

• Support, motivate and guide the team, creating a positive working environment.

• Ensure consistently high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.

• Assist with staff training, development and onboarding.

• Monitor presentation, cleanliness and hygiene standards across food and beverage areas.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related issues professionally.

• Support the management team with operational requirements, rotas and service planning.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety and company procedures.

A Day in the Life

You could be coordinating a busy breakfast service, supporting the team during lunch, preparing for an evening function or ensuring everything is in place for a busy weekend.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage or hospitality supervisory role, or strong experience in a senior operational position with the ambition to progress.

• A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to lead, motivate and support a team.

• A hands-on approach and the ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
