Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant (Conference and Banqueting) to deliver friendly, efficient service to hotel guests. You will train through the Dalata Academy and have opportunities for growth in a welcoming team.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and Operations Manager, you will upsell, maintain high standards, and support a busy conference and banqueting operation across our Dublin properties.

Formación

• Previous experience is essential.
• Flexibility in working hours, including mornings/evenings & weekends.
• Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros experience would be preferable; experience in a hotel is preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.
• Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine; able to make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue wherever possible.
• General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
• Serve guests with food and beverages.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.
