The 5* InterContinental Dublin are currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team.

The InterContinental Dublin (part of the MHL Hotel Collection) is located in the leafy suburbs of Ballsbridge, within close proximity to the RDS, Aviva Stadium and is on a frequently serviced bus & DART line.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Knowledge of food/beverage and labour cost controls.
• Ensure hotel's standards, policies and procedures are complied with by all F&B Staff.
• Prepare weekly work schedules in accordance with staffing guidelines and labor forecasts. Adjust schedules throughout the week to meet the business needs and forecasted labor.
• Assist in managing the restaurants which serves lunch, afternoon tea and dinner daily.
• Train staff in line with Hotel SOP's.

The Ideal Candidate

• At least 2 years experience working at a Senior Level in Restaurants/Hotel Restaurant.
• Ability to work under pressure within a busy and demanding luxury hotel environment.
• A cheerful personality with effective customer care awareness.
• Both mid-week, weekends and shift work is required based on business levels.
