Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day Food and Beverage operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to ensure service excellence.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally and keep Senior Manager informed.
• Ensure the highest levels of Customer Care are practised at all times.
• Ensure cash/vouchers and all forms of payment are handled securely in the Restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Assist in managing budgets, cost control, and inventory.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain seamless operations.

This is Ireland’s first Hyatt Hotel. Adjacent to St Patrick’s Cathedral, this 234 bedroom 4 Star property will include restaurant, bar, meeting and event facilities and fitness centre. Main Duties

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day Food and Beverage operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in Food and Beverage, preferably in a Hotel setting.

• Proven ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
