Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join the team as a F&B Supervisor. We require a talented Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead our team to deliver excellent service to our guests. This will include supervising all areas of the restaurant including ensuring set up for service, meeting & greeting guests and ensuring the efficient and smooth running of service.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in Ireland

• Experience of working in a busy environment and working to tight deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team to meet immovable deadlines
• Excellent organisational skills/time management Attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
• Experience of producing and manipulating reports
• A flexible approach to work and openness to assisting the operation from time to time.
• Experience in a wide variety of office applications/software package
• Fluency in English plus one other European language would be advantageous.
