Job summary

The River Lee Hotel in Cork, Ireland, is seeking a dedicated F&B Reservations Agent on a permanent basis. You will handle reservations via phone, email, and online platforms, provide dining information, and coordinate special requests to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, a background in F&B, and familiarity with reservation software. You will work with the Doyle Collection family of hotels, with opportunities across Ireland, the UK and USA.

Qualifications

The River Lee Hotel, renowned for its luxurious accommodations and exceptional dining experiences is seeking a dedicated F&B Reservations Agent to join our team.

• Handle reservations requests via phone, email, and online platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong customer service background. Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Reservations role is not essential, but a background in Food & Beverage is required for this role. You will require:
