The River Lee in Cork is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join the River Club team. You will be passionate about hospitality, delivering a memorable dining experience and supporting lunch, tea and dinner service.

Working in a family-owned Doyle Collection hotel, you’ll have opportunities to grow within Ireland and beyond, with a competitive salary and great benefits.

• Provide friendly dining service in River Club and Grill Room.
• Recommend wines and beverages to guests and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Support dining service across lunch, afternoon tea and dinner duties.

As a Food and Beverage Assistant in the River Club you will be a passionate foodie who loves going the extra mile to make sure our guests have an amazing dining experience and leave wanting to come back again and again. You will be as comfortable serving afternoon tea as recommending a wine at dinner. Our River Club Bar and Terrace serves up lunch and small plates, while our Grill Room restaurant offers the finest local seafood and steaks around.

This is a full time role, with the successful candidate working a variety of shifts over the course of a 5 over 7 roster. You must be eligble to work 40 hours per week throughout the year for this role.
