The River Lee is a Doyle Collection hotel in Cork seeking a friendly Reservations Agent to join the Front Office team. You will be the welcoming voice for guests, promoting hotel services and providing rich local knowledge.

Responsibilities

• To contribute to the profitability of the hotels by promoting hotel services to all existing and potential guests.
• To develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and local area knowledge.
• Complete daily reports such as: Traces, arrival checks in advance, no show and cancellations, pro-formas, filing back ups, reservations made yesterday, daily task lists.
• To ensure efficiency through accurate correspondence, effective filing and overall organization.
