The Westbury Hotel in Dublin is seeking a dedicated F&B Reservations Agent to join our team. You will handle reservations via phone, email and online platforms, providing information on dining options and helping guests select venues.

You will confirm and manage reservations, liaise with restaurant staff, and coordinate special requests while maintaining the reservation system. Previous experience is preferred but not required; a strong F&B background, excellent communication, and proficiency

We are seeking a dedicated F&B Reservations Agent to join our team.

Handle reservations requests via phone, email, and online platforms.

Provide information about dining options and assist guests in selecting venues

Confirm and manage reservations accurately.

Liaise with restaurant managers and staff.

Coordinate special requests and dietary requirements.

Maintain and update the reservation system.

Monitor reservation trends and provide reports.

Customer Service:

Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
