Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a hands-on operations leader to manage service delivery across a defined area in Ireland. You will train staff, oversee stock orders and drive performance while ensuring scheduling and payroll accuracy.

Ideal candidates are experienced line managers with a strong operational background, highly organised, and capable of motivating a dispersed team to sustain high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of all services in your area to meet contractual obligations and division objectives.

• Motivate site managers, supervisors and staff to deliver high quality service.
• Ensure scheduling accuracy and payroll compliance.

About The Role:

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Manage the delivery of all services in your specific area to provide consistently high levels of performance that meet contractual obligations to customers and the strategic objectives of the division


• Delivering training to employees as required


• Oversee orders of stock to your sites and the monitor usage


• Motivating site managers, supervisors and staff throughout the area to deliver high quality service


• Ensuring accuracy of scheduling system and employee compliance with booking procedures and payroll

• Experience working with employees as a line manager/supervisor in any business area


• Evidence of \"hands-on\" operational experience


• Proven background of managing, motivating, developing and retaining a dispersed workforce though others
