Job summary

Sheen Falls Lodge Limited is seeking a dedicated Bar Tender / Food & Beverage professional for a full-time role at Sheen Bar and Sheen Lounge. The candidate should have knowledge and experience in beverage and cocktail making, bar and food service, and a commitment to delivering 5* service within an established hospitality team.

Responsibilities include beverages and food service across multiple bar and lounge areas, preparation of beverages for the Signature Restaurant, compliance with HACCP

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards and quality presentation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of beverages and origins.
• Comprehensive cocktail knowledge.
• Understanding stock rotation, storage and keg handling.

Responsibilities

• Beverages and food service to the Bar, Lounge, Library and Restaurant areas as scheduled.
• Preparation of beverages for the Signature Restaurant.
• Maintain cleanliness and HACCP compliance.
• Friendly and efficient service with proper opening/closing procedures.
