The role focuses on delivering high-quality CAT A/B refurbishments while coordinating trades and managing site safety.

You will oversee on-site activities, liaise with architects, designers, and the client, and drive project progress within an established, award-winning team.

Qualifications

• Experienced PM or Senior PM with fit-out exposure.
• Ability to manage on-site coordination of trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site activities, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality.
• Attend progress meetings and act as primary point of contact for architects, designers and client representatives.
