Job summary

Lumen Search in Dublin is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-profile fit-out projects from inception through handover. You will manage timelines, budgets, and quality while maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management within the fit-out/construction sector.
• Proven track record delivering commercial fit-out projects in Ireland or the UK.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets effectively.
• Knowledge of current building regulations, health & safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the full project lifecycle from mobilisation to completion.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver fit-out projects to specification.
• Develop and maintain project programmes, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and procurement activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, architects, designers and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management.

The Role

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Dublin-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take ownership of high-profile fit-out projects and lead them from inception through to handover.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality and safety, while maintaining excellent client relationships.
