Job summary

Toast is seeking an experienced FinTech Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives across Product, Engineering and Operations in Ireland. You will drive large-scale programs, manage cross-functional teams, and oversee external partnerships.

The role requires 5–7+ years in program management or related FinTech roles, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong stakeholder communication. Payments experience is a plus in this fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in program management or related roles in fintech or financial services.
• Experience within the fintech/payments space is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; fields include Business, Finance, Economics, CS/Engineering.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Startup or high-growth experience; thrives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional programs, drive stakeholder decisions and outcomes.
• Manage external partner relationships and seek opportunities to improve performance.
• Develop detailed program plans, scope requirements and drive improvements.
• Drive large‑scale fintech programs and partner with multiple business segments.
• Support partner incident management and customer reimbursement workflows.
• Leverage AI to improve efficiency and design scalable frameworks.
