• Experience within the fintech payments domain is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive success of major programs and key decisions.
• Support operational relationships with external partners and improve partnership performance.
• Develop detailed program plans, scope requirements, and drive improvements and operational excellence.
• Drive large-scale programs within FinTech, partnering with other business segments on workstreams.
• Support partner incident management lifecycle and customer reimbursement processes as needed.
• Leverage AI to increase efficiency of operational processes and design frameworks for cross-functional teams to launch new initiatives.
