The FinTech Program Management team is responsible for supporting and scaling the FinTech business lines, seeking and developing opportunities for both business growth and operational efficiency across FinTech. Responsibilities include strategic initiative management, cross-functional leadership and execution of FinTech programs, and external partner operations management.
