Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience managing large-scale technical programs in enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering fraud detection, fraud prevention, or AI/ML-driven solutions.
• Strong Agile and SAFe delivery expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience working in regulated, mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs from initiation through implementation.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
• Align engineering, product, data science, analytics, and customer success teams around common objectives.
• Drive program governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify and proactively mitigate delivery risks and blockers.
• Support product roadmap execution and translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans.
• Mentor and coach other Technical Program Managers within the organization.
• Leverage AI tools and automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
