Job summary

Davy Group is seeking an Intermediary Support Senior Associate to join the Select team in Ireland. You will ensure broker requirements, oversee new accounts, liaise with operations, and maintain client pipelines while supporting account managers.

You will train junior members, contribute to process improvements, and comply with risk and compliance frameworks in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Business/Finance degree or equivalent.
• QFA qualification; willingness to sit CFP.
• Experience and knowledge of settlements and operations.
• Proven record in reconciliation and control.
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good numeric skills.
• Customer service oriented with a track record of exceptional service.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, flexible outlook and high initiative.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Brokers requirements are understood and met in terms of turnaround and accuracy, providing excellent customer service.
• Manage the opening of new accounts and account queries.
• Liaise with internal teams within Davy Operations.
• Update broker and client pipelines and Management Information.
• Provide general administrative support to the Davy Select Account Managers.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
• Involve in ad hoc projects and business development as required.
• Comply with Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures.
