Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a Finishing Foreman or similar role.
• Strong background with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK.
• Experience on large-scale building projects (€10m+)
• Excellent eye for detail and strong quality focus
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and tight programmes

Responsibilities

• Oversee finishing works to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors and finishing trades on site.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance across finishing activities.
• Monitor programme progress and support short-term planning.
• Carry out snagging, quality inspections, and handover.
• Maintain site records, reporting, and daily progress updates.
• Liaise with Site Manager, Project Manager, and wider project team.
• Ensure materials, workmanship, and finishes meet specification.
