Job summary

GPC - Global Professional Consultants is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman for a major €100M residential project in West Dublin. You will lead finishing works, coordinate trades on site, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The role offers strong progression on high-spec houses and apartments, with a clear path to site leadership. 4+ years in a similar role with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK is preferred, along with a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Finishing Foreman or similar role
• Experience with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK
• Experience on large-scale projects (€10m+)
• Excellent eye for detail and strong quality focus

A growing Tier 2 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman for a major €100M residential project in West Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering high-spec houses and apartments on a major residential construction project.

• Oversee all finishing works to ensure high-quality project delivery
• Coordinate subcontractors and finishing trades on site
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance across all finishing activities
• Carry out snagging, quality inspections, and ensure defect-free handover
• Maintain site records, reporting, and daily progress updates
• Liaise with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and wider project team
• Ensure materials, workmanship, and finishes meet specification standards

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in a Finishing Foreman or similar role
• Strong background working with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK
• Experience on large-scale building projects (€10m+)
