Job summary

ProSource Group is seeking a Finishing Foreman/Finishing Supervisor to oversee internal finishes and fit-out on site in Ireland. You will coordinate joinery, drylining, ceilings, flooring, painting and M&E final fix to ensure high quality and on-program delivery.

The role requires a minimum of five years in a finishing supervisor/foreman position on large-scale projects, with strong leadership and a proactive approach to snag-free delivery, compliance with build regulations, and close

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a finishing supervisor/foreman role on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of finishing trades, building regulations, and quality benchmarks.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to coordinate multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate finishing trades, including joinery, drylining, ceilings, flooring, painting, and M&E final fix.
• Ensure works are carried out in line with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress of finishing works and report to the Site Manager/Finishing Manager.
• Inspect workmanship and manage snagging/defects lists through to completion.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and detail, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Enforce health & safety compliance and promote safe working practices.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to resolve finishing-related issues.
• Assist in planning and sequencing finishing works to meet deadlines and handover dates.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of internal finishes and fit-out on site, ensuring that works are completed to the highest quality and delivered on programme. The role involves close coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to achieve a snag-free handover.
