Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to oversee day-to-day finishing works on a high-profile Dublin hotel project. You will lead finishing crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with programme, quality, and safety standards on site.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, a proven track record delivering quality finishes on large-scale projects, and the ability to drive progress in a fast-paced construction environment in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a General or Finishing Foreman on large-scale projects.
• Proven background in delivering quality finishes in hotels, or other sectors such as residential, or commercial.
• Strong track record of subcontractor supervision and coordination.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Basic IT skills to manage timesheets, requisitions, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear leadership and maintain a professional working environment on site.
• Monitor and uphold high standards of workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid delays or rework.
