Job summary

STRIVE Search is assisting a leading residential developer in Ireland to recruit a Finishing Manager. The role is based on-site, overseeing finishing works across trades and coordinating subcontractors to ensure homes are completed to a high standard and on schedule.

You will work closely with the Site Manager, enforcing health and safety, managing inspections, and driving quality across all finishing activities. 4+ years as a Finishing Foreperson is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years experience as a Finishing Foreperson in residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing trades, construction methods and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate finishing works on-site to meet high-quality standards.
• Direct subcontractors and ensure timelines and specifications are followed.
• Carry out regular inspections and promptly resolve snags or defects.
• Collaborate with the Site Manager and project team to deliver homes on schedule.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain an organised site.
